this started out as 'fear of breathing' then it was 'fear of NOT breathing' then it was 'fear of speech' and then i just rounded it up to phobias in general, because this is how i feel certain phobias can affect a person - by restricting them (and making them feel like they have a piece of satsuma net across their face.
